1. What type of T-SHIRTs do you print on?
We print on 100 % cotton or 100% PIMA cotton (Superior Cotton, Softest and best looking cotton available anywhere). Our 100% cotton T-Shirts are American Apparel and our Pima T-Shirts are manufactured outside of the US using fashion fit measurements.

2. Will my Shirts Shrink?
To avoid more than the usual natural shrinking process of Cotton after being washed, please wash shirts by hand or machine using cold water and dry low or hand dry. By now you should now that colors and white are not supposed to be washed together.

3. What type of printing process do you use?
Our shirts are Screenprinted by hand but in some occasions we may use DTG. Remember humans are not perfect and anything that is done by hand may have small imperfections, however we would not sell you something that we wouldn’t buy ourselves.

4. How do your shirts fit?
Since we use different shirts to print on, we have added a specific size chart for each product. Please refer to this size chart before purchasing your size. Classic fit is a regular fit kind of loose and fashion fit hugs the body.


5. When will I received my shirt?
Please allow 3 to 5 business days processing before shipping. We will do our up most to get each order ready before the stipulated time frame. Standard Shipping in the US can take form 5-10 business days and International shipping form 3-5 weeks.

6. What method do you use for shipping?
USPS (United States Postal Service) First Class or priority mail or FedEx but mostly USPS. For international shipping we use USPS first class international mail. Orders Outside of the U.S. are subject to regular customs regulations and fees imposed by the destination country.  

7. Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do.

8. What are your costs for shipping?
We charge $5.00 for 1 shirt, $6.00 for 2 shirts and FREE shipping for 3 shirts for domestic shipping and $10.00 for 1 shirts and each additional one $6.00 for international shipping.


9. What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Discover and direct payment through PayPal. You are NOT requiring having a PayPal account in order to purchase a product in our store. If you have a PayPal account you can gladly use it.

10. How secure is 2 Flags store?
Our store uses PayPal for payment transactions and PayPal automatically encrypts you confidential information from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

11. What is your return Policy?
We are assertive that you will absolutely love your item but if you paid for defective items, wrong design or wrong color shipped, please contact us via email at: contact@tuflags.comPlease note that returns are accepted within 10 days from shipped for domestic orders and 30 days from shipped date for international orders. If 2 Flags is responsible for a defective item, wrong design or wrong colour shipped a refund will be made to the costumer as long as the shipped method use is Standard Shipping. If you are not happy with your item or merchandise or would like to exchange it for a different one, the customer is responsible for all shipping cost. For a complete and smooth return or exchange transaction, we would like to hear from you first to keep track and provide with the best customer service. Please email us before sending any merchandise.Please allow a time frame of up to 3 to 5 business days from the day the item has been received for refunds or exchanges.
